COMPANY PROFILE
MABA Prefa spol. s r.o. is one of the largest and most important
manufacturers of prefabricated components in the Czech Republic. On its
premises of 140,000 square meters in the town of Veselí nad Lužnicí,MABA
Prefaspol. s r.o. manufactures residential and industrial prefabricated
materials, DELTA BLOC highway guardrails for traffic safety, sound
absorbing wall panels, truck scale prefabricated components, indoor tennis
courts and custom-made special components. In 1996 the company underwent
privatization and is currently controlled by an Austrian firm named MABA
Fertigteilindustrie GmbH.

15.07.2007 | Ban of Steel-Rope Highway Guardrails in Norway
At the end of 2006, Norwegian authorities banned the use of highway guide rails made of steel ropes for overground roads. Installations of these steel-rope highway guide rails were thenceforth banned, except for constructions in progress, which are allowed to be finished according to the original plans. >> more information
